Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your One More Chapter purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or compatibility issues where the product description has been clearly provided.
Please ensure you check your Kindle model carefully before placing your order.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@onemorechapter.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
