Orders & Shipping
Do you ship throughout New Zealand?
Yes! We ship nationwide from New Zealand.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch, but it's something we'd love to offer in the future. Join our mailing list to stay updated.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@onemorechapter.co.nz if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Which Kindle models are your cases compatible with?
Our launch collection is designed for the Kindle Paperwhite 11th Generation (6.8") released in 2021 and the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition (2021).
Each product listing specifies the compatible Kindle models. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the right fit. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the perfect match.
If we don't yet stock cases for your model of Kindle but you would love to purchase one, please let us know! We are willing to consider expansion to other models if there is enough interest (including Kobo's!)
How do I check which Kindle I have?
You can find your Kindle model by going to:
Settings → Device Options → Device Info
If you're unsure, send us a message and we'll be happy to help.
If we don't currently stock your model but you would love us to stock it, please let us know!
Do your cases support auto wake and sleep?
Yes! Our premium Kindle cases support auto wake and sleep functionality
Are your cases machine washable?
Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific care guidance.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We release products in curated drops, so availability is limited. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@onemorechapter.co.nz to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Bundles
Can I customise a bundle?
Our bundles are curated sets designed to complement each other. At this stage, we don't offer custom bundle configurations, except for the sleeve and case colourway, but keep an eye out for new bundle releases!
Are bundle items available to purchase separately?
Yes, most bundle components are also available as individual products. Browse our Cases and Accessories collections to shop individual pieces.
